cm_sample is an independent interior architecture studio creating considered residential, hospitality and commercial environments.

We work slowly and with a small number of clients at a time. Every project begins in plan and section, long before a single material is chosen, because a room that is proportioned correctly needs very little help afterwards.

that spaces influence
how we live.

cm_sample was founded in Mumbai in 2011 and has stayed small on purpose. We take on a limited number of projects each year so that a partner is on every site, every week.

The practice works across India, with completed work in eleven cities and a workshop in Bengaluru where prototypes are built before anything is approved.
